Evidence suggests that TikTok shares user information with Beijing, compromising individual privacy and enabling potential surveillance.
For the sake of protecting democracy, ensuring human rights advocacy is not silenced, and safeguarding the security of American citizens, the Uyghur International Institute calls on the Supreme Court to ban TikTok without delay.
